Barbara Young, a partner and founder of the firm, is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas
Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Young currently serves as Trustee for the Texas Bar
Foundation and is a member of the Texas Association of Family Law Specialists. She has
served on the State Bar of Texas District 8C Grievance Committee (a "self-policing" committee
for Texas lawyers), acting as Chair from 2005-2006 and was previously a Director of the State
Bar of Texas, and is the Past-President of the Bell County Bar Association and Bell County
Young Lawyer's Association. Mrs. Young is a highly respected family law attorney. She is an
aggressive, skilled litigator with a reputation for excellence that makes her retention a key to
success in adversarial family law proceedings.
Firm founder and partner Lynn Libersky has a complimentary practice style, and though he practices family law, he focuses his practice in the criminal law arena. He was Secretary of the Bell County Young Lawyer's Association, and is a member in good standing of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and the Bell County Criminal Defense Bar. He is well known and well regarded by the attorneys, judges and court personnel in the jurisdiction where he practices. Whatever the particular representational need of the individual client, he has a solid reputation as an experienced attorney who effectively advance the interests of his clients.
