For over a decade, the attorneys of Young & Libersky have been providing outstanding representation and advice to individuals in Central Texas. We pride ourselves on being able to provide whatever counsel and guidance is necessary while helping our clients overcome even the most challenging legal problems. It is our sincere belief that the best possible service to our clients is achieved by applying our wealth of experience, taking the time to get to know our clients and their goals, and going the extra mile to get the job done. We focus our practice on Family Law and Criminal Law services in every level of state and federal court, including military law. For a complete listing of our legal services, please visit our Practice Areas.
Our Attorneys are easy to talk to and we care about your problems. Whether we are litigating or negotiating your case, you can be confident that your case is in the best hands. When you meet with us, we listen, and we believe that listening is more than politely hearing. You will receive the attention necessary to properly analyze and creatively assist you in reaching your legal goals. It is our policy to explain all reasonable options - we will not simply tell you what you want to hear. Based on our years of experience, we will advise and we will suggest which options are available and at what cost.
Barbara Young a partner and founder of the firm, is a Board Certified Family Lawyer by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She practices family law and appeals, as well as criminal law. Ms. Young brings her commitment to the community through her active participation in the Teens, Sex & the Law Program; a nationally awarded abstinence based program. Ms. Young is the Past-President of the Bell County Bar Association and Bell County Young Lawyer's Associations. She is also currently serving on the Grievance Committee - which is a "self-policing" committee for Texas Lawyers. Barbara is a highly respected family law lawyer who provides military divorce law services to the Fort Hood Military Base. She is an aggressive, skilled litigator with a reputation for excellence that makes her retention a key to success in adversarial family law and criminal proceedings.
Firm founder and partner Lynn Libersky has a complimentary practice style, and though he practices family law, he focuses his practice in the criminal law arena. He was Secretary of the Bell County Young Lawyer's Association, and is a current secretary of the Bell County Bar Association, and is a member in good standing of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and the Bell County Criminal Defense Bar. He is well known and well regarded by the attorneys, judges and court personnel in the jurisdiction where he practices. Whatever the particular representational need of the individual client, he has a solid reputation as an experienced attorney who effectively advance the interests of his clients.
Our practice is driven by our values: honesty, integrity, responsibility, collegiality and a strong work ethic. At Young & Libersky, you will never be a number and we will always have time to provide you with the respect and attention you deserve.
If you live in Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, Milam, or McLennan Counties, or on the Fort Hood Military Base and you have questions concerning family law or criminal law, please contact us to schedule a personal consultation at either our Temple or Killeen office.
